These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RYSEN Coaching website at rysencoaching.com and the coaching and consulting services provided by Bidisha Banerjee (“Coach”, “we”, “us”). By accessing this website or booking any service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

RYSEN Coaching provides professional executive coaching, leadership development, and career transition support for mid-senior professionals. Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused professional relationship. It is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or medical advice. If you require mental health support, please consult a qualified mental health professional.

Coaching outcomes depend on your active participation, honesty, and commitment. Results are not guaranteed and will vary between individuals.

2. Booking and Payment

All session bookings are made through Topmate. By booking a session you also agree to Topmate’s Terms of Service and payment policies. Fees are displayed at the point of booking and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom programme pricing (such as the flagship “Rise to Your Next Level” programme or organisational engagements) will be confirmed in a separate written agreement or proposal.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Client cancellations: Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
  • Coach cancellations: If we need to cancel a confirmed session, we will offer a full reschedule or refund at your discretion.
  • No-shows: Sessions missed without notice are forfeited and non-refundable.

4. Confidentiality

Everything shared within a coaching relationship is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose information to any third party except where required by law or with your explicit written consent. This commitment to confidentiality is mutual — we ask that you treat all materials, frameworks, and resources shared during sessions as proprietary and confidential.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, frameworks, articles, and programme structures — is the intellectual property of Bidisha Banerjee / RYSEN Coaching and is protected under applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

6. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the site in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all information on it are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
